SALES AND RETURNS POLICY

 

HOW CAN I START THE RETURN PROCESS?

If you intend to return a purchased product, please follow the instructions below:

1. Please email us at info@galorejewllers.com (subject line: return merchandise
authorization RMA ) within 14 days of the delivery date and request a Return
Authorization Number.
2. Please mention in detail which product you wish to return and the reason in specific for the return. We appreciate your feedback!

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS?

After the approval of the exchange or return item, we will provide you the RMA and will accept the items for up to 15 days. However, there are few conditions that you must keep in mind before sending the item back to us:

1. The item must be unworn when sent back to us and in its original packaging.
2. We would be unable to accept a return for all the discounted and sales items.

 

WHAT CAN I NOT RETURN?

The exchange or return of earrings would not be possible due to health and hygiene concerns.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT PURCHASED ON SALE?

Purchases made on sales or using any discount codes will not be eligible for returns or exchange.

WHAT TO DO IF I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING
ADDRESS?

You must add your correct shipping address when placing your order. In case you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately at info@galorejewellrs.com.

We have only a 3-4-hour window to correct the shipping address from the moment you place an order. However, after that, we would be unable to make the change. Therefore, please provide us your correct shipping address where you will be available to receive the order.

Galore Jewelry would not be responsible for the items lost due to incorrect shipping addresses.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO THE
SENDER?

For any reason, if your package is returned to us, we will re-ship it to you. However, the reshipping might cost an extra price depending upon the reason.

ARE THE RETURNS FREE?

While returning the purchased items, the shipping cost will solely be your responsibility

WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME FOR A REFUND? (If
applicable)

We will notify you through email once we receive and inspect your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your return. Although, usually it takes 7-10 business days after receiving the parcel.

If your return is approved, we will process the refund and credit the amount in your original payment method.

WHY WASN’T MY SHIPPING FEES REFUNDED?

The cost of shipping is non-refundable. It will be deducted from your refund if you get one.

CAN MY JEWELRY GET LOST IN THE MAIL?

Galore Jewelry ships all the parcels with efficient and reliable global courier service and provides tracking services. We suggest you also use the reliable courier service while sending the items back to us. However, we are not responsible for the pieces that are damaged or lost during returns.

WHAT TO DO IF I RECEIVE DEFECTIVE JEWELRY?

We apologize in advance if you receive a damaged or faulty item, and we will try our best to replace it at our earliest. Every item you purchase with us is under a six-month warranty.

If you receive a faulty item, please email us at info@galorejewellers.com within 14 days of purchase with the picture of the defective item. Our support team will immediately assist you. After we approve the exchange, we will send you an email to return the faulty item. And we will replace the defective article with the new one after receiving it.
